MHBA Treasurer Billy Scott chats with judge John Chism after the first day of showing at the Mini-Hereford Junior Nationals in Lubbock, TX on June 19, 2025. Chism comes from a multi-generational cattle ranching family in Kentucky and has judging experience at the highest levels. He serves as Director of the Livestock Division at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and as a Beef and Dairy Superintendent at the North American International Livestock Exposition.
